Catarina Gama is a physiotherapist who graduated from the Escola Superior de Tecnologias da Saúde de Lisboa in the year 2024. She completed her last internship at ForPhysio Oeiras and, due to her outstanding performance, has returned to collaborate with ForPhysio Clinic as a physiotherapist and fitness trainer for the Senior B Roller Hockey team of the Clube Desportivo de Paço de Arcos. Sports is one of her passions, and she fully believes in the ability of exercise to improve functionality, physical capacity, and performance in individuals. In her free time, she enjoys daily physical exercise and also has a passion for creating digital content.
